What is a baby cheetah called?

A baby cheetah is called a cub. Cubs are born with a thick coat of fur and small spots that help them blend into their environment and stay camouflaged from predators. They are typically born in litters of 2-4 cubs, with the mother caring for them until they are old enough to hunt and fend for themselves. Cubs learn important survival skills from their mother, such as how to hunt and protect themselves from danger. By the age of 6-8 weeks, cubs will start to follow their mother on hunting trips and begin to learn how to hunt for themselves. As they grow, their spots will fade and their fur will become a solid color, helping them to better blend in with their surroundings.
